I like building stuff and I like making beer, I love making my own brewing equipment. I have long disliked how far thermometers and valves stick out of keggle (keg+kettle) or any brewing vessel for the matter so I thought I would shave some height off by mounting the threaded fitting flush with the surface of the keg. Then I polished it all down for a nice and clean surface that won’t harbor any grim.
